CUSICK MORGAN MOTORSPORTS HEADS TO HISTORIC MILWAUKEE MILE

Cusick Morgan Motorsports (CMM) heads to Wisconsin this weekend for the latest round of the 2026 INDY NXT by Firestone championship, as the series returns to the Milwaukee Mile for the final oval race of the season. Following a strong weekend at Portland International Raceway, the team looks to carry that momentum into the final stretch of the championship.

Juan Manuel Correa enters the weekend looking to build on his recent run of strong results as he continues to pursue consistent finishes in the championship standings. After scoring a sixth-place finish at the Portland event, Correa returns to oval competition with the team focused on maximizing the performance of the #68 Cusick Morgan Motorsports entry as he enters the event weekend inside the top-ten in the championship points battle.

Rookie Nicolas Stati will take on his second oval event of the season after making his first INDY NXT oval start at Nashville Superspeedway earlier this year. With another oval race under his belt, Stati returns to the unique Milwaukee Mile looking to continue building experience and progress through his debut season. Stati is also looking to take advantage of some additional test efforts as he not only tested with the Cusick program in June but also had a full day at the Milwaukee Mile behind the wheel of a USF Pro 2000 machine.

The Milwaukee Mile is one of the most historic venues in American motorsports. The one-mile oval features nine degrees of banking in the turns and presents a unique challenge for drivers, requiring a balance of speed, precision, and tire management. With limited banking compared to many traditional ovals, the circuit creates opportunities for close racing and passing throughout the race.

Track activity begins Saturday with practice and qualifying, followed by the INDY NXT by Firestone at Milwaukee Mile on Sunday.

Fans can catch all INDY NXT sessions live on FS1 and FS2, with streaming available on FOX One, the home of INDYCAR and INDY NXT coverage throughout the season. The full weekend schedule can be found at indynxt.com/schedule.
